When is your help desk open?
- We are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
How soon will I get a response to my question?
- You will get a response by the next business day or sooner.
Do you have a phone number I can call?
- Please send us an e-mail with your question, include your phone number and we will have the appropriate person call you back with an answer to your question by the next business day or sooner.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
- For security and the prevention of minors ordering, we need to ship to a physical address. If you have a specific request such as Military for example, ask and we will see what we can do based on your request.
Can I ship my order to an international address?
- Sorry, we can not sell or ship internationally, US only.
What if I have a problem with my shipment?
- If you have problems with your shipment, for example damaged goods, or incorrect order, send us an e-mail that includes your name and order number along with a description of the problem and we will respond to you by the next business day or sooner.

I can’t remember my password?
- You have to recreate your account again.
I’m having trouble with your site and/or my order will not go through.
- Are you a Member?
Remember that you have to be a member before you can order (helps prevent minors from ordering and a security measure).
- Have you entered your password and email address correctly?
Your password is case sensitive, and it must correspond to your membership email account.
- Symptoms
Try logging out of your browser entirely and then log back into our site in case you got in a loop with your ISP.
If anything has changed you will need to update your membership information.
Why do I have to become a member?
- For security purposes, to deter minors and for a quicker user experience.
Please be aware that your information is not released nor sold to anyone.
Can I phone in an order?
- No, we can not accept phone in orders.
We will be offering phone-in orders for repeat clients on a case-by-case basis in the near future.
Realize that any phone-in order will assessed a processing fee of $7 per transaction. Send us an email with your specific request and phone number and we will reply with the necessary information.
Do you have catalogs?
- No, sorry we don’t have catalogs or printed materials.
Will you accept an e-mail order?
- We can accept e-mail orders, but there is a $5 processing charge for each order.
You will have to include all of your personal information in the e-mail and we will manually process it from there. Please be aware that email is less secure than going through our encrypted site to order though.
What credit cards do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards.
We are currently investigating other forms of payment.
Have you paid the necessary taxes?
- We have paid all the necessary taxes due in our community and if you feel there may be additional taxes due in your area you should consult your local tax authority, if you wish.
Do you share my personal information with anyone?
- NO, we do not share any information on our clients with anyone. Your order is completely confidential. Order archives are purged from our servers regularly.
Am I going to get a bunch of e-mail by becoming a member?
- No, we don’t share your information with anyone, nor do we bombard you with information.
Do you give discounts for large volumes?
- We price our products as low as we can.
If you have a specific request please email us.
Do you do promotions and sales?
- Yes, we do occasionally promote a new brand and we can offer sales on that product and interested members can receive the ensuing discounts.
